My menu is my biography, it comes from all the places i've lived and travelled. My goal is to share my experiences and my passion with our customers, through my food.
My philosophy is a simple one: Quality over Quantity. Source the best you can afford.
I truly believe in sourcing the best ingredients possible, everything on the plate is there for a specific reason, so they must all shine! Just like an orchestra, if every musician is great, but one is out of tune, well it ruins the whole experience. So I concentrate on flavours over bland ; refinement over generic; and audacity over conventional.
